Your role

Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Content editorial planning and conception incl. exhibition and smaller launches
  • Content creation incl. image and video creation or research and editing,copywriting and creation of design briefings
  • Evaluation of KPIs and creation of reports
  • Media planning and implementation
  • Community management and building
  • Community management on all social media channels
  • Customer relationship management
Influencer relations
  • Conception of influencer campaigns and activations
  • Acquisition of target group-relevant influencers
  • Development of an extensive database
  • Support of influencers during the cooperation
  • Tracking, reporting and success analysis of influencer campaigns
Newsletter & content management
  • Newsletter editorial planning, conception, copywriting and mailing via Mailchimp
  • Success analysis according to relevant KPIs

About you

Mandatory
  • Native English speaker with an excellent command of grammar and orthography
  • 2+ years English copywriting experience in a high-volume environment, e.g. print media and/or agencies
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently in a multicultural and multilingual team
  • Eagerness to inject creativity into everything from marketing lingo to transactional emails, from CTA buttons to longer-form content
  • Ability to grasp brand identity and transfer it throughout your written communication
  • Eye for detail, especially when it comes to reviewing punctuation and spelling
  • Passion for art-related topics and interdisciplinary projects
Preferred
  • An intermediate understanding of German
  • Successfully completed a degree in linguistics, literature, journalism, media,communications or relevant field of study
  • Experience in working with arts organisations
  • Good understanding of art and possibly previous experience in institutions or galleries
